 Steak and chips. I'd like to be fed like this every night.

Dinner and cinema.

Thursday

NCTJ flu, bed ridden, but not as much as I'd have liked.

Friday

I reported on an exhibition and then treated myself to a coffee and a muffin. I'm good like that.

Saturday

My family came down for the day. We had a lovely time thanks. 

Sunday

I did YET MORE EATING. This sticky toffee pudding was a the dog's bollocks.
