resolutions.

Here they are. They're worth doing, if cliched, they keep you looking forward and looking up. I'm always a week late. I don't like 'I'm going to read two books a month' resolutions, they're too demanding and rigid. I prefer to give myself goals which I can interpret as I please but still give me something to aim towards. If you can deal with another pretty much identical blog post, read on.

// take the biggest step of my life so far, move away from home and start life on my own two feet
// chew my food slower
// pray more
//eat well, cook more, enjoy eating out
// write privately
// read even more than I used to, fiction and non, and soak up knowledge and information
// be friendly (not inappropriately)
// take at least one photograph a day and post them here every week
// appreciate every day
// tell people I love them
// pass the NCTJ and get as much work experience as possible
// watch all possible reality TV (not a real resolution but probably the only one I'll stick to)
// learn to survive without living in the same house as mother

Link me to yours. Happy 2013.

  1. Yay awesome resolutions! Especially the achievable ones ;) I'm doing a blogging/life challenge, take a look if you like :)

    1. I love the list 'project 60' that you've come up with. I might just work my way through that too!

  3. This is a great list Claire. Why bother having resolutions that cause stress when you can have something more realistic. I've done that kind of thing before like 'two books a month, three films a month', etc and it takes the fun out of life!
