Bus stop waiting, a bag of nerves.

Argus House. My home for the next 14 weeks.

Blue skies and bitterly cold.
Thursday
Shorthand practice and coffee. I love making friends who like sitting in coffee shops for hours. (I heart you Lottie).
Friday
The snow hit and we got stuck. Lovely Amy took me home and her little car did us proud. Have you ever heard of grit, Brighton?
Saturday
Mother and Father came to visit. We tried out a new eatery, walked through the lanes despite the cold and it was LOVELY to spend time with them. I miss home a lot.
Sunday
Reading in bed, catching up on some telly viewing and lots of working.

ReplyDeleteThe picture of driving in the snow TOTALLY throw this American girl off. I had to look at it for awhile, trying to figure out what looked "wrong" before I remembered you drive on different sides of the road. Not to mention snow is rare for you guys, while it's par for the course here!
